A beautifully made fleece dog coat designed to keep dogs warm, comfortable and free to move.

Handmade to order in Cheshire, each coat is crafted from double-layered premium anti-pill fleece, creating a luxuriously thick 640gsm fabric that is soft, durable and naturally insulating.

The wide belly strap gently wraps the coat around your dog’s body, providing excellent coverage while allowing complete freedom of movement. Adjustable Velcro fastenings make the coat easy to put on and remove, making it a practical layer for everyday walks.

Naturally water-repellent and moisture wicking, the fleece helps keep dogs warm and comfortable after wet walks or on colder winter days.

Finished with cream lining and faux leather label, these coats combine thoughtful design with timeless countryside style.

Sizing

Measure your dog’s back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, then choose the closest size.

Small — 30 cm back length
Chest: approximately 38–43 cm

Small–Medium — 35 cm back length
Chest: approximately 41–46 cm

Medium — 40 cm back length
Chest: approximately 47–57 cm

Medium–Large — 45 cm back length
Chest: approximately 53–62 cm

Large — 50 cm back length
Chest: approximately 58–69 cm

X-Large — 60 cm back length
Chest: approximately 70–84 cm

The fleece has a natural stretch and the adjustable belly strap allows for a flexible fit. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and coverage.

Materials & Crafsmanship

Handmade in Cheshire, UK by Tweed & Tether using double-layered, certified anti-pill fleece with a luxurious 640gsm thickness. Soft, warm and comfortable, the fabric is naturally water repellent and moisture wicking, making it practical for everyday use.

Designed with a wide belly strap, deep coverage and adjustable Velcro fastening for a secure, comfortable fit.

Care Guide

Wash on a warm cycle with similar soft fabrics. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can affect the fleece’s natural performance. Air dry where possible and do not iron.

Delivery

Every Tweed & Tether product is handmade with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be crafted and dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your delivery is on it's way.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@ellisandlane.co.uk

As most items are made to order, cancellations after this time may not be possible.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right you’re welcome to return any unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
