The outer fabric offers a refined, heritage-inspired feel, while the interior is finished with a soft lining that creates a warm, inviting space for rest. Designed to hold warmth and provide a gentle, cocoon-like environment, it encourages dogs to settle and relax with ease.

The structured hood is carefully constructed to form a calm, den-like space, supported internally to help it maintain its shape while remaining comfortable and easy for dogs to move in and out of.

Inside, a channelled polyester fibre filling helps the cushion retain its shape over time, offering even support and long-lasting comfort. A removable outer cover allows for easy care, making it well suited to everyday living.

Designed for everyday use, this bed is easy to care for with simple, regular maintenance.

To clean, remove the outer cover and machine wash at 30°C using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Before washing, ensure any internal rod or hood insert (where applicable) is removed.

Allow to air dry naturally, either hung or laid flat. Avoid tumble drying, as this may affect the shape and longevity of the materials.

For best results, avoid the use of fabric softeners, bleach or ironing, as these can impact the performance and feel of the fabric over time.

Between washes, a quick wipe with a damp cloth will help keep the cover fresh. Regular vacuuming will remove pet hair and everyday debris, while spot cleaning small marks promptly will help maintain the bed’s appearance.

Each Collared Creatures piece is thoughtfully made or prepared with care, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product.

Collars and leads are handmade to order and, during busier periods, may take approximately 7–10 working days to be made before dispatch. Beds and blankets are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

As most items are made to order, cancellations after this time may not be possible.

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right you’re welcome to return any unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it.
